ABSTRACT
Using logistic regression, we analyzed the predictive value of a number entry variables with respect to outcome delayed cerebral ischemia, rebleeding, and poor (death or severe disability) in patients aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. The were clinical condition on admission (grades Glasgow Coma Scale, Hunt Hess system), amount intraventricular blood presence hydrocephalus computed tomogram, antifibrinolytic treatment tranexamic acid. We used data from prospectively studied population 176 admitted within 72 hours after risk ischemia was best predicted by blood, irrespective hydrocephalus. site not related location Antifibrinolytic only variable (negatively) predicting rebleeding. Death disability 3 months initial reflected grade Scale.
