ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND: Double-kissing (DK) crush and DK culotte are the recommended 2-stent strategies in true coronary bifurcation lesions. However, it is a matter of curiosity about which stenting techniques will have superior results. We aimed to compare clinical outcomes nonleft main artery bifurcation. METHODS: Consecutive patients who received or technique for de novo lesion were categorized according treatment they received. The primary end point study was target failure as composite revascularization, vessel myocardial infarction, cardiac death. Secondary points all-cause death definite stent thrombosis. RESULTS: A total 202 (101 patients) techniques. had occurred frequently (10.9%) compared with (3.0%; P =0.028) that mainly driven by increased revascularization (9.9% versus 3.0% culotte; =0.045). number infarction (3.0% 2.0% =0.651) (1.0% 0.0% =0.315) higher crush. There no differences terms thrombosis between groups. CONCLUSIONS: In present analysis, associated lower 1-year rates bifurcations.
