ABSTRACT
Up to 50% of women report sleep problems in midlife, and cardiovascular disease (CVD) is the leading cause death women. How chronic poor exposure over decades midlife related CVD risk poorly understood. We tested whether trajectories insomnia symptoms or duration were subsequent events among SWAN (Study Women's Health Across Nation) participants, whose was assessed up 16 times 22 years.
