ABSTRACT
A new species of Gesneriaceae, Hemiboea crystallina Y.M.Shui & W.H.Chen from China and Vietnam, is described illustrated. The diagnostic by the combination its inflated nodes, glabrous stem, lanceolate leaves, 4-winged involucre, margin-reflected calyx segments surface inside corolla. Among without hairy ring corolla, morphological distinctiveness most similar species, flaccida Chun ex Z.Y.Li, discussed.
