Isotrema plagiostomum (Aristolochiaceae), a new species from Guangdong, South China

Isotrema plagiostomum X. Zhou & R. J. Wang, a new species of (Aristolochiaceae) from Guangdong, south China, is described and illustrated for the first time. It similar to I. thwaitesii in morphology obliquely truncated calyx limb, but differs by habit, leaf shape, inflorescence position splitting extent limb. evaluated as CR according IUCN categories criteria.
