ABSTRACT
Gonolobus sanmartinus is herein described and illustrated from the state of Veracruz, Mexico. It an endemic species to Los Tuxtlas region similar in foliar features those G. pallidus. However, faucial ring gynostegial corona are remarkably different. This new shares its distribution with ancorifer, fraternus, niger versicolor, a dichotomous identification key for these included. The species’ relationship other discussed geographic map presented, as well conservation status.
