The Collection of Decapod and Stomatopod Crustaceans from the Cádiz Oceanographic Centre (CCDE-IEOCD) comprises a number lithodid crabs Spanish surveys carried out in African waters. revision this material allowed confirmation new records Lithodesferox Filhol, 1885 Guinea-Bissau Mauritania, Lithodes mamillifer Macpherson, 1988 Mozambique, Neolithodes asperrimus Barnard, 1947, grimaldii (A. Milne Edwards & Bouvier, 1894) Paralomis erinacea africana 1982 Namibia cristulata Guinea-Bissau. Some these contribute to extent geographical and/or bathymetrical range species. One species genus is described illustrated. This shows close affinity with its congener pectinata 1988, Venezuela. morphological differences between two are included.
