ABSTRACT
A new troglobitic spider species, Nesticus dimensis n. sp. (♂ ♀), inhabiting the Dim Cave of Alanya (Antalya Prov., Turkey) is diagnosed and described. The species belongs to Eastern Mediterranean Group, which includes N. eremita speluncarum as most common widespread along with arenstorffi henderickxi. Evolutionary relationships taxa belonging this group are discussed on basis morphological molecular data (using cox1, rrnL H3 gene sequence data).
