ABSTRACT
[Objective] A randomized controlled trial was conducted to investigate a systematic intervention improve medication safety among elderly people in the community. [Methods] 150 community patients with chronic diseases were randomly selected and divided into group control group. In addition conventional guidance methods, multidisciplinary team cooperation mode added After 2 months of intervention, knowledge, belief practice two groups compared analyzed. [Results]After inter-group intra-group comparison results showed that total scores attitude behavior KAP higher than those group, statistical significance (p < 0.05), overall drug increased from low level (47.3%) before high (95.8%) after intervention.. [Conclusion] The disease clinic town health center Zhuhai is low. program can effectively community, has wide popularization.
