ABSTRACT
At the moment, there is about 13 million of ethnic minorities living in urban areas Vietnam, facing difficulties on their daily life. In order to improve life quality, narrow gap between and majority this paper aims at identifying welfare accessibilities by terms housing, health care services, employment services public as well; proposing solutions for improving such conditions have better urban. Based sustainable livelihood framework theoretical approach, survey with 600 minorities, age 18 above, three provinces it found that are accessing basic social due many limitations, from also suggests considerations Vietnam perspective development.
