ABSTRACT
Forty-eight crossbreed heifers were artificially inseminated within 10-20 hours after standing heat to evaluate the effects of different doses hormones and age on reproductive performance synchronized with GnRH PGF2α. On day 90 artificial insemination, conception rate was confirmed by rectal palpation. There significant differences (P<0.05) in oesturs response maximum (1.5 ml used group III) hormone-treated group. The significantly higher highest treatment ml, 66.67%) than low groups (1 1.3 ml; 42.85% 44.44%; respectively) morning synchronization protocol (83.33%). effect hormone rates statistical significance (P<0.05), time initiation ovsynch insemination semen placement body condition score retrieve natural subsequent pregnancy (P<0.05). other hand, there no (P>0.05) onset duration oesturs. observed at 75.00% 66.67%; respectively administration (3) 69.23% heifer. When 1.5 III, 25-30 months (77.78%) which site deep cervix (77.77%) frozen-thaw experience inseminator 10-14 (75%) naturally (75%). It concluded that heifers, hormone, Body Condition Score (BCS), protocol, AI, most important factors get heifers. So, it may be suggested achieve desired conception, farmers should inseminate their (BCS, 3 out 5) technically sound skilled protocol. PGF2α analogs could successfully induce improve fertility a dairy herd. Therefore, for is needed further work involving large number animals definite conclusion.
