ABSTRACT
In view of the outstanding problems such as poor student quality, serious aging teachers, and difficulty in introducing talents vocational education at county level, focusing on connection between middle high schools co-construction majors, ideas methods innovating "3+4" training mechanism building brand county-level are proposed.
