ABSTRACT
This work aimed to analyze expression mechanism of micro ribonucleic acid (RNA)-10b (miR-10b) in cervical cancer (CC) based on Curcumin-monomethoxy polyethylene glycol-polylactic acid-drug-loaded nanoparticles (CUR-MPEG-PLA DLNPs). 36 Kunming mice were selected and randomly rolled into group A B, 18 nude deemed as controls. CUR-MPEG-PLA DLNPs prepared for the treatment A. The CC tumor tissues harvested, miR-10b cells was extracted, level detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR). results showed that average particle size 362.52±6.34 nm. inhibition rate against strains 63.35±3.62% considerably superior those B (26.31 ±2.54%) ( P < 0.05). In A, (77.78%) remarkably controls (55.55%) x 2 = 2.364, 20 cases with positive latent membrane protein 1 (LMP-1), metastasis obviously higher relative non-metastasis Z −3.214, 16 negative LMP-1, also versus −2.245, conclusion, 362.52 ±6.34 nm, electromotive force −9.23 mV, dispersion coefficient 0.064, drug loading 8.54%, encapsulation 72.36%. has certain correlation cancer. LMP-1 gene function promoting cells, which may be dependent miR-10b. system can inhibit growth obviously, excellent therapeutic effect disease.
