ABSTRACT
Past work has linked mindfulness to improved emotion regulation, interpersonal skills, and basic cognitive abilities, but is unclear about the relation between creativity. Studies examining effects of on factors pertinent creativity suggest a uniform positive relation, whereas specific skills suggests that may differentially predict To test whether (the hypothesis) or depends particular components differential hypothesis), we conducted four studies in which were measured, extensively trained, manipulated with short, incidental meditation session.
