ABSTRACT
Although the importance of developing and sustaining passion for work over time has long been underscored, how this can be accomplished yet to elaborated substantiated in literature. Drawing upon self-concordance model, we proposed a theoretical model which harmonious (i.e., derived from an autonomous internalization into one's identity) may develop sustained through promoting job crafting behaviors that, turn, spur greater subsequent later on.
