ABSTRACT
A mechanical pre-cooling auto-cascade refrigeration (PACR) system was proposed, R600a single-stage vapor compression used to provide for R600/R170 (ACR) system. Performance of PACR under different operating conditions discussed. The result showed that maintaining a constant outlet temperature 30°C the condenser and −45°C evaporator in resulted an optimal intermediate maximized coefficient cooling performance (COP). At this time, 0°C, COP maximum value ( max ) 0.693 exergy efficiency η Ex 20.9%. And as decreases −70°C, −10°C. capacity Q e low-temperature grade circulating refrigerant using at evaporation temperatures increased by 86.3%–108% compared R134a/R23. 7.1% R134a/R23 −60°C.
