ABSTRACT
Background: Values are the basis of nursing practice, especially in making decisions about complicated ethical issues. Despite their key role nursing, little information exists on factors affecting development and manifestation students. Objective: This study identifies describes facilitators inhibitors professional values based experiences students instructors nurses. Research design: Data were collected through 29 semi-structured interviews two focus group 2013–2015 analyzed using conventional content analysis method Elo Kyngäs. Participants research context: In total, 18 undergraduates, five instructors, nurses from Shiraz University Medical Sciences one teaching hospitals selected purposive sampling. Ethical considerations: The was approved by Ethics Committee hospital examined. Findings: findings consisted categories: personal environmental factors. Personal subcategories stimuli (work experience past relationships, inner beliefs acting values, belief God a divine worldview) (the lack motivation enthusiasm, negative emotions). Environmental (cooperation, order discipline) (unfavorable work environment, society’s attitude toward violation rights). Discussion conclusion: Given impact students, it is upon education authorities to take account them planning, managers also recommended further address these proper provision standard facilities removal barriers.
