ABSTRACT
Purpose: Using situational leadership theory, this study examined the innovation of social workers in community-level work institutions under different styles. Methods: We conducted an online survey experiment on professional strengths eight cities mainland China from December 8–20, 2020. Results: Both ethical and servant are conducive to workers’ innovative behaviors. Our full model also suggests that organizational climate moderates effects styles behaviors, with having a greater impact than behavior low-innovation environments, but has high-innovation environments. Conclusion: provides important strategies fully stimulate based stage characteristics practices.
