ABSTRACT
Pueraria lobata, Salvia miltiorrhiza and Panax notoginseng are traditional Chinese medicines which have been used for thousands of years either singly or in combination. However, the quality formulas containing all part three herbs is, at present, controlled by only one two easily detectable compounds.. A rapid resolution liquid chromatography (RRLC) method has developed control combination through ten active ingredients originating from raw herbs. The analysis was achieved a run less than 25 minutes. Using same method, finger-prints chromatogram, so could be applied identification different species genus. Four formula preparations {xinkeshu capsule (XKSC), xinkeshupian (XKSP), fufang-danshenpian (FFDSP), naodeshengpian (NDSP)} were analyzed this new RRLC method. Controlling is far enough to assure preparations. controlling multiple their ratios an effective feasible approach solve problem.
