ABSTRACT
The propagation of longitudinal acoustic waves in multilayer structures based on porous silicon and the experimental measurement transmission for gigahertz range are reported studied theoretically. considered exhibit band gaps spectrum these localized modes inside gap, coming from defect layers introduced periodic systems. frequency at which resonances appear can be tuned by changing porosity and/or thickness layer.
