ABSTRACT
To investigate the effect of transabdominal hysterectomy on diversity intestinal flora in patients with uterine fibroids. Patients fibroids were selected from September 2018 to December 2018, Department Obstetrics and Gynecology, Shengjing Hospital China Medical University, stool specimens collected before after surgery.High-throughput sequencing 16S rRNA gene was used detect changes microbial community structure diversity, effects total further analyzed. Estrogen levels decreased trans-abdominal hysterectomy. High-throughput showed that abdominal hysterectomy, abundance decreased. The mainly due Proteobacteria, where their increased.Trans-abdominal body by lowering level estrogen body, which reduces flora.
