ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Rice plants suffer from the rising temperature which is becoming more and prominent. Mining heat-resistant genes applying them to rice breeding a feasible effective way solve problem. Result Three main biomass traits, including shoot length, dry weight, fresh changed after abnormally high-temperature treatment in seedling stage of recombinant inbred lines natural indica germplasm population. Based on comparison results linkage analysis genome-wide association analysis, two loci with lengths 57 kb 69 qDW7 qFW6 , respectively, were associated response high temperatures at stage. Meanwhile, based integrated transcriptome some are considered as important candidate genes. Combining known homologous genes, it was found that there eight intervals need be focused subsequent research. Conclusions The indicated several relevant loci, would help researchers further discover beneficial can applied breeding.
