ABSTRACT
We analyzed the relationship of -794 CATT5-8 MIF polymorphisms with soluble in Coronary Atherosclerotic Disease (CAD) patients.A total 256 patients selected, on which 186 normal-coronary and 70 artery disease subjects, were recruited study (Retrospectively registered). Genotyping performed by PCR DNA sequencing. Serum levels measured using an ELISA kit. Patients classified coronary angiogram, CAD based Gensini's integral degree (angiographic scoring system). The allele frequency genotype did not show any differences subjects subjects. In patients, serum was lower CATT (5) than (7) while levels. addition, we found a decrease carriers (5/5) genotypes polymorphisms, although it significant. There no class CATT5-8.This association between Subjects.NCT01750502 (November 2012, Retrospectively
