ABSTRACT
This study explored disparities in characteristics and mortalities among four major transmission groups on antiretroviral therapy northwest China as well the survival impact of each route. We first examined demographics clinical populations. Kaplan Meier analysis was subsequently conducted to compare rates all groups. At last, Cox proportional hazards regression model employed analyze a route seven main categories factors associated with all-cause mortalities.Survival showed significant differences all-cause, AIDS- non-AIDS-related deaths HIV populations (all P < 0.05). Using homosexuals reference, further revealed that risk death for blood plasma donors significantly higher than reference (aHR: 5.21, 95%CI: 1.54-17.67); heterosexuals 2.07, 1.01-4.20) 19.81, 5.62-69.89) were both reference.Significant found where mortality mainly due death. Suggestions are provided group improve their survivorship.
