ABSTRACT
Morton's neuroma is a painful enlargement of the plantar digital nerve between metatarsal heads that causes pain forefoot. Several approaches have been used to treat neuroma, each them having distinct advantages and disadvantages.The purpose this study was investigate compare clinical outcomes neurectomy in treatment through dorsal approaches.A total 20 patients with mean age 48.5 ± 13.0 years (range: 19-66 years) who underwent excision did not respond conservative were retrospectively analysed from June 2014 2021.
