ABSTRACT
To assess the safety and efficacy of laparoscopic retroperitoneal resection for lymphatic cysts. A retrospective analysis was conducted based on clinical data from eight patients with hydronephrosis caused by All underwent cyst received postoperative follow-up. follow-up ultrasound performed postoperatively every 6–12 months to evaluate recovery hydronephrosis. operations were successful, their pathological results revealed walls.
