ABSTRACT
One of the major concerns patients with upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) treated nephroureterectomy is intravesical recurrence (IVR). The purpose present study was to investigate predictive risk factors for IVR after retroperitoneoscopic (RNU) UTUC.Clinicopathological and surgical information were collected from medical records 73 RNU non-metastatic UTUC, without a history or concomitant bladder cancer. association between clinicopathological surgery-related factors, including preoperative urine cytology pneumoretroperitoneum time, analyzed using Fisher exact test.During median follow-up time 39.1 months, 18 (24.7%) had subsequent RNU. 1- 3-year IVR-free survival rates 85.9% 76.5%, respectively. test revealed that prolonged ≥ 210 min factor in 1 year (p = 0.0358) positive 3 years 0.0352).In occurrences are highly probable when (≥ min) cytology, Strict more recommended these patients.
