ABSTRACT
Kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP) is a dangerous cancer, which accounts for 15-20% of all kidney malignancies. Ferroptosis rare kind death that overcomes medication resistance. Ferroptosis-related long non-coding RNAs (LNCRNAs) in KIRP, remain unknown. We wanted to express how ferroptosis-related LNCRNAs interact with immune infiltration KIRP. Gene set enrichment analysis the GO and KEGG databases were used explore gene expression enrichment. The prognostic model was constructed using Lasso regression. In addition, we also analyzed modifications tumor microenvironment (TME) immunological association. The LNCRNA closely connected ferroptosis, according co-expression analyses. CASC19, AC090197.1, AC099850.3, AL033397.2, LINC00462, B3GALT1-AS1 found be significantly increased high-risk group, indicating these markers implicates malignancy processes KIRP patients may cancer-promoting variables. LNCTAM34A AC024022.1 shown elevated low-risk group; might represent as suppressor genes. According TCGA, CCR, inflammation-promoting genes considered different between groups. CD160, TNFSF4, CD80, BTLA, TNFRSF9 two risk groups.LNCRNAs associated ferroptosis linked occurrence progression TME potential biomarkers should further investigated.
