ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to investigate the status caries in deciduous teeth and effect diet lifestyle habits on dental among 3- 5-year-old preschool children Jiangxi Province, China. In total, 2880 cases involving were selected by stratified cluster sampling. examination methods criteria followed WHO guidelines. SPSS 19.0 used for statistical analysis. Chi square tests compare prevalence with different social characteristics. Non-parametric decayed, missing filled (dmft) index values. Univariate multivariate regression analyses caries. China 49.13%. There no gender difference rate (P > 0.05). increased age < rural areas higher than that urban central incisors molars had a other teeth. According logistic analysis, risk living area, exclusive breastfeeding, greater frequency daily snacking, high snacking before sleep beginning brush at late age; decreased when parents helped their lower level throughout country developing countries. children’s closely related Parents should be more aware oral health, help develop healthy behaviours.
