ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Palliative care is becoming increasingly important because the number of patients with an incurable disease growing and their survival improving. Previous research tells us that early palliative has potential to improve quality life (QoL) in advanced cancer relatives. According limited on Netherlands, relatives find current suboptimal. The aim eQuiPe study understand experienced (QoC) QoL further care. Methods A prospective longitudinal observational cohort conducted among Patients receive a questionnaire every 3 months regarding QoC during trajectory. Bereaved final 6 after patients’ death. Data from questionnaires are linked detailed clinical data Netherlands Cancer Registry (NCR). By means descriptive statistics we will examine our population.
