ABSTRACT
Improved antiretroviral treatments and decrease in vertical transmission of HIV have led to a higher number women living with consider childbearing. However, stigma social rejection result specific challenges that positive procreation intentions face with. Our objective was depth analyse elements shaping their desire for specifically investigate the impact HIV. A qualitative study conducted through open interviews 20 between 18 45 years age, from Spanish AIDS Research Network Cohort (CoRIS). Interviews were audio-recorded transcribed. content analysis performed. diagnosis is turning point women’s sexual emotional life experienced traumatically. usually associated fear an immediate death idea isolation.
