ABSTRACT
Self-efficacy plays an important role in enhancing the teaching capabilities of attending physicians (APs). The clinical ladder (CL) is educational approach developed field nursing education that increases difficulty incremental manner. However, no previous study has confirmed effectiveness CL medical education. Therefore, this aimed to examine effect clerkship integrated with (CC-CL) on self-efficacy APs.
