ABSTRACT
There is a severe shortage of intensive care nurses worldwide, and training qualified ICU nurse hard since it takes very long time to accumulate the knowledge skills needed. This study aimed examine effect an escape room teaching method on teamwork attitudes new nurses, their satisfaction with, willingness participate in training. A convenience sampling approach was utilized enlist from April 2023 March 2024 China. with less than two years experience First Affiliated Hospital Kunming Medical University were involved our study. Most them female (85.71%) bachelor's degrees (85.71%), without experiences (92.86%). Teamwork collected through TeamSTEPPS Attitudes Questionnaire (T-TAQ) developed by Agency for Healthcare Research Quality (AHRQ); researchers-made online tests; training, questionnaires.
