ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Job satisfaction contributes to better work outcomes and productivity, reduces nurses’ absenteeism turnover. The contribution of personal initiative the interaction between these variables needs additional examination. This study aimed examine relationships initiative, environment, job among nurses. Methods was a cross-sectional study. convenience sample consisted 1040 nurses working in hospitals across country. Data were collected by structured self-administered questionnaire measuring: (a) (b) nursing (c) satisfaction.
