ABSTRACT
Psychological capital can effectively alleviate job burnout and improve career autonomy satisfaction. However, there is a lack of research on the mediating role psychological between preseneeism in Chinese anesthesia nurses. The presenteeism based constructing structural equation models This study was cross-sectional design. From June to July 2024, convenience sampling used conduct questionnaire survey 568 registered nurses different levels hospitals Sichuan Province. self-designed general information questionnaire, version Stanford Invisible Absence Scale (SPS-6), Capital Scale-Chinese Revised (PCQ) Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey (MBI) were investigate status through form star. Pearson correlation analysis explore interaction among capital, presenteeism. AMOS 26.0 software further verify effect preseneeism, construct corresponding path relationship model. scores 93.31 ± 14.33, 56.35 17.67 18.96 4.97, respectively. Job significantly negatively correlated with (r=-0.558, P < 0.01), positively presences (r = 0.465, 0.01). (r=-0.495, In addition, identified as partial mediation model, 0.279, accounting for 48.18% total effect. has reached moderate level, predict preseneeism. partially mediates positive improvement its level reducing Therefore, enhancing become an important way relieve occupational stress work efficiency
