ABSTRACT
Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic has given an unprecedented boost to already increased digital health services, which can place many vulnerable groups at risk of exclusion. To improve the likelihood achieving equity, it is necessary identify and address elements that may prevent from benefiting services. This study examined challenges experienced by in using services during pandemic. Methods Qualitative descriptive design was utilized. Semi-structured interviews were conducted between October 2020 May 2021. participants ( N = 74) older adults, migrants, mental service users, high users unemployed. content analysis with both inductive deductive approach used analyze data. Challenges related use interpreted through determinants Digital Health Equity Framework. Results For most access hampered insufficient digital, / or local language skills. lack support training, poor health, as well strong e-identification suitable devices also prevented access. not perceived be applicable for all situations capable replacing face-to-face due communication environment.
