ABSTRACT
Abstract Background It is known that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) PTCSC3 involved in thyroid cancer and glioma, but its function osteoporosis unknown. The aim of our study was to investigate the role lncRNA osteoporosis. Methods A total 80 patients with (4 clinical stages) four corresponding groups healthy controls were enrolled. Plasma levels volunteers measured using RT-qPCR. diagnostic potential plasma for evaluated by ROC curve analysis as true negative cases positive cases. Results upregulated compared controls. increased stages increasing, not aging. overexpression separated each stage from promoted while silencing inhibited osteoblast apoptosis.
