Abstract Background It is known that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) PTCSC3 involved in thyroid cancer and glioma, but its function osteoporosis unknown. The aim of our study was to investigate the role lncRNA osteoporosis. Methods A total 80 patients with (4 clinical stages) four corresponding groups healthy controls were enrolled.
