ABSTRACT
Bacillus spp. are a genus of biocontrol bacteria widely used for antibiosis, while Trichoderma fungi that abundantly explored. In this study, liquid co-cultivation these two organisms was tried firstly.Through chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), it discovered with an inoculation in the ratio 1.9:1, antimicrobial effect co-cultured fermentation liquor amyloliquefaciens ACCC11060 and asperellum GDFS1009 found to be significantly higher than pure-cultivation. A raise synthesis substances contributed significant increase. Additionally, co-culture 1:1 enhance production specific amino acids. This technique could further explored either large scale acids or serve as theoretical base generation certain rare acids. This work clearly demonstrated B. T. produce more
