The purpose of this study was to compare the biomechanical and clinical results two surgical methods for treatment vertical femoral neck fractures: Femoral system (FNS) traditional three cannulated cancellous screws (CCS).First, we developed different fracture models finite element analysis, with angles 55°, 65°, 75°, respectively.
