ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to compare the biomechanical and clinical results two surgical methods for treatment vertical femoral neck fractures: Femoral system (FNS) traditional three cannulated cancellous screws (CCS).First, we developed different fracture models finite element analysis, with angles 55°, 65°, 75°, respectively. Two experimental groups were set up: FNS group CCS group. Each tested under axial loads 2100 N measure femur's displacement, Von Mises stress (VMS), its internal fixation components. Secondly, retrospectively included cases fractures in our hospital from May 2019 2021. In study, compared duration intraoperative fluoroscopy, operative time, stay, healing Hemoglobin loss, Harris score hip joint function, postoperative complications among patients undergoing replacement. In terms has better anti-displacement stability than at 55°and while is greater stress. Clinically, followed up on 87 an average 12 months. superior operation fluoroscopy duration, function score.FNS aspects treating fractures. There potential become a new option
