ABSTRACT
Abstract Background Understanding cancer heterogeneity, its temporal evolution over time, and the outcomes of guided treatment depend on accurate data collection in a context routine clinical care. We have developed hospital-based data-biobank for oncology, entitled OncoLifeS ( Oncological Life Study: Living well as survivor ), that links with preserved biological specimens quality life assessments. The aim this study is to describe organization development research. Results enrolled 3704 patients aged ≥ 18 years diagnosed cancer, which 45 hereditary breast-ovarian (70% participation rate) October 24th, 2019. average age 63.6 ± 14.2 1892 (51.1%) are female. following collected: details, comorbidities, lifestyle, radiological pathological findings, long-term outcomes. also collect store various biomaterials information from Conclusion Embedding care can ensure high-quality data. Moreover, inclusion longitudinal allows us incorporate patients’ perspectives imaging provides an opportunity analyzing raw using artificial intelligence (AI) methods, thus adding new dimensions collected
