ABSTRACT
Circadian rhythms play a fundamental role in the progression of cardiovascular events. Almost all diseases have circadian misalignment usually characterized by changes metabolites. This study aimed to dynamically monitor rhythmic biomarkers, elucidate metabolic pathways that are potentially under control spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), and eventually establish phenotype strategy based on metabolomics. In this study, an untargeted metabolomics technology was used serum metabolites between SHR model group WKY group. Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) combined with multivariate statistical analysis applied identify markers hypertension rhythm imbalance. The concentrations amino acids their identified as were quantified subsequent targeted analysis. Overall, these approaches comprehensively explored mechanism established strategy. The profile revealed disorder diurnal metabolism pattern SHRs. Moreover, homeostasis, such arginine, proline, phenylalanine, citric acid, L-malic succinic etc., accompanied imbalance hypertension. key related found enrichment analysis, including acid metabolism, tricarboxylic cycle (TCA). In addition, quantitative showed leucine, isoleucine, valine, taurine, serine, glycine most obvious. In summary, illustrated relationship across time These results may provide theoretical basis for personalized treatment programmes timing
