ABSTRACT
In the present study, we evaluated mechanical outcome of different configurations formed by fully threaded screws and partially in treatment unstable femoral neck fracture. The Pauwels type III fracture models screw were constructed 3-matic software UG-NX respectively. We then assembled to model separately form fixation models. After meshing models' elements, used Abaqus perform finite element analysis. Parameters von Mises stress distribution on screws, peak stress, displacement between fragments, principal strains cancellous bone reported. Our results indicated that stresses was concentrated middle surface near line each group. Peak value implants highest triangle with posterior single screw. And lowest values observed triangular model. Fully group underwent most while a little bit stress. Lowest The volume susceptible yielding region for configuration. For fractures, superior obtained stabilizing configuration one two inferior screws. This study will require clinical confirmation as its practicality management fractures.
