ABSTRACT
Atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD) accounts for up to 3 % of congenital cardiac defects, which is routinely repaired via median sternotomy. Minimally invasive approach such as endoscopic or robotic assisted repair AVSD has not been reported in the literature. With experience with mitral valve surgery and repair, we initiated adults. In this report, presented three cases successful partial intermediate by using da Vinci SI surgical system (Intuitive Surgical, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA). Totally right atriotomy could be safely performed adults it may provide superior cosmesis comparable outcome
