ABSTRACT
Abstract Purpose In VATS surgery, precise preoperative localization is particularly crucial when dealing with small-diameter pulmonary nodules located deep within the lung parenchyma. The purpose of this study was to compare efficacy and safety laser guidance freehand hook-wire for CT-guided nodules. Methods This retrospective conducted on 164 patients who received either or prior Uni-port from September 1st, 2022 30th, 2023 at First Affiliated Hospital Soochow University. Patients were divided into group based which technology used. Preoperative data all compiled. success complication rates associated two groups compared. risk factors common complications analyzed. Results average time duration in shorter than ( p <0.001), CT scan times less that <0.001). closer nodule After nodules, a showed 14 cases minor pneumothorax (22.58%) 21 (20.59%) group, indicating no statistical difference between =0.763). scans hemorrhage 8 (12.90%) 6 (5.88%) statistically significant =0.119). Three (4.84%) six had dislodgement, showing =0.776). Conclusion method possessed greater precision compared method. However, do not differ appearance such as hemorrhage, dislodgement.
