ABSTRACT
Abstract Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are a new arm of gene regulatory mechanism as discovered by sequencing techniques and follow-up functional studies. The lncRNAs regulation pseudorabies virus (PRV) infection has rarely been reported so far. Using RNA analysis, 225 with significant altered expressions in 3D4/21 cells infected PRV (ZJ01) were identified. Five upregulated PRV-infected verified different strains qRT-PCR. By down- up-regulation lnc641, the accelerating effect lnc641 on replication was confirmed. Furthermore, we found that regulated inhibiting JAK-STAT1 pathway. This study suggests could be host factor target for developing antiviral therapies against infection.
