ABSTRACT
Hazelnut is one of the most important nut plants recently suggested as a sustainable source for paclitaxel. In present study, effect concentration and combination PGRs, different basal medium ultrasonic waves on callus induction growth, physiological characteristics, taxol baccatin III production in hazelnut cultures were investigated. The results indicated that combining 2,4-D (2 mg/L) Kin (0.2 with sonication explants 1 min provides an optimized condition growth. exhibited biochemical metabolic characteristics depending type, ultrasound treatment, inclusion ascorbic acid medium. So that, highest percentage callogenesis (100%) observed ½ MS + US, 150 mg/L AA, B5 US also salt Nitsch vitamins AA. Furthermore, growth (7.86 g FW) was obtained from US. amount (147.98 147.85 WPM media; (44.89 MS, WPM, salts media, had H2O2 MDA content, antioxidant enzymes activity, phenolic compounds. conclusion, culture media nutrient composition not only affect cell status but improve secondary metabolites accumulation.
