Abstract Purpose of study Massage is widely used as a traditional technique during labor and delivery. The aim this was to evaluate the effect Swedish massage with without chamomile oil on delivery outcomes. Methods present randomized clinical trial 154 primiparous pregnant women who were selected by random sampling method divided into 3 groups: ( n = 53), 51), control group 50). Data collection tools included demographic information questionnaire, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), maternal satisfaction scale, Partograph form. In two intervention groups, techniques (i.e., Effleurage, Petrissage, Vibration, Superficial stroke) performed use since active phase (5 cm dilatation), while received only routine care labor.
