ABSTRACT
SIRT1 histone deacetylase acts on many epigenetic and non-epigenetic targets. It is thought that involved in oocyte maturation; therefore, the importance of ooplasmic pool for further fate mature oocytes has been strongly suggested. We hypothesised plays role a signalling molecule through selected regulation. observed re-localisation its association with spindle microtubules. In oocytes, distribution shows spindle-like pattern, spindle-specific action decreases α-tubulin acetylation. Based observation code immature we suggest mostly predestined an mode germinal vesicles (GVs) oocytes. Accordingly, BML-278-driven trimethylation lysine K9 H3 considered to be result GV transformation. Taken together, our observations point out dual spatiotemporal which can readily switched from depending progress meiosis.
