ABSTRACT
The proliferation of porcine ovarian granulosa cells (GCs) is essential to follicular development and the ubiquitin-proteasome system necessary for maintaining cell cycle homeostasis. Previous studies found that deubiquitinase ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase 1 (UCHL1) regulates female reproduction, especially in development. However, mechanism by which UCHL1 GC remains unclear. overexpression promoted proliferation, knockdown had opposite effect. directly bound cyclin B1 (CCNB1), prolonging half-life CCNB1 inhibiting its degradation, thereby promoting proliferation. What's more, a flavonoid compound-isovitexin improved enzyme activity GCs. GCs stabilizing CCNB1, isovitexin enhanced UCHL1. These findings reveal role potential regulating provide insights into identifying molecular markers nutrients affect follicle
