ABSTRACT
Chronic widespread pain (CWP) is a disabling condition associated with decrease in health. Illness beliefs are individual and acquired during life. Constraining may prevent patients from regaining Understanding these patients' illness be way to improve the health care they offered. The aim of this study was describe among CWP associations self-reported health, anxiety depressive symptoms, impact pain.In cross-sectional study, questionnaires were sent by mail 330 including socio-demographic information, Perception Questionnaire (IPQ-R), Short-Form General Health Survey (SF-36) Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale (HADS). Data analysed using descriptive statistics, non-parametric tests linear regression analyses.Patients experienced related high number symptoms (mean (SD) 9 (3)). believed their long lasting, affect emotional well being, have negative consequences for lives. Some 72% reported having severe or very pain, according SF-36 negatively correlated several dimensions, anxiety- symptoms.
